True Blood - A Poster to Sink Your Teeth Into

Above is our latest poster creation for the hit HBO series True Blood. The print was commissioned by Gallery 1988 for PaleyFest 2011, an annual event celebrating TV's best shows. Not only were we lucky enough to create the poster for True Blood's showcase on March 5, but also had the opportunity to attend the event and see a panel of the series' stars discussing the show. Wow, what an amazing project to be a part of. Thank you Jensen for including us.

The poster itself went through many stages in order reach the realism and ambiance we were striving for. Below are some screen shots of our progress.

The final poster is an 18"x24" three color screen print on 80lb Astrobright "Eclipse Black" paper. It's a signed and numbered limited edition of 250. Our printer for this project, Danny Askar, did a remarkable job. The poster will be available in our store here within the next couple days. Below are some close up shots of the print.
